What is Art?

After all is said-and-done, (and then-some), never ever forget that more than morals, character, or intelligence, remains the importance of penmanship.

A truly up-to-date map
is out-of-date
before it leaves the printer.

Since no one in the City can agree on what is “art” and what is not, let me give you a fresh definition and settle the matter:  If it performs no labor-saving function, and is not a part of the Parks System, and YOU like it – it’s art.

If you hang around dumb people, you get dumb.

There was once a man from “2 ½-D Land” who passed through here, and upon observing a two lane highway with one lane moving faster, asked why everyone didn’t get in the fast one.
