Appearances are Not Deceiving

Appearances are not deceiving in a particular manner that seems to elude ordinary perception.  As applied to human affairs, appearances are not characteristic of people and things, but of perception itself.

If the Ruling Powers don’t protect themselves, who will?

Never “confess” to past sins.  The religious institutions require that the People give verbal admission of “I did wrong,” which, among other things, reaffirms the acceptance of an “I’s” existence and responsibility.  The Revolutionist knows that it was not some “I” in him that “did anything” in the past, much less some “I” that “did wrong.”

A Revolutionist can’t be burdened with excessive baggage.  The lifts to the higher floors aren’t freight elevators, you know.

And exactly “what-is-it,” the Ruling Powers might ask, that the Revolutionist wants?  And the answer is simple – more, more, more.  (Except in those areas where he wants less, less, less.)

The recruits must use each other, not trivialize one another.  There is no place in the Revolution for those who would trash themselves, their companions, or the cause itself.  If your own existence is of no importance, the rebellion is crushed even before it began.
