Suggested Title:  A Piece of Reactionary Machinery

Begin: If you can see, when you can see, when you do see, what I am describing, for your self, you will never be able to think about things as you do now. No matter who you are. You can still take a nap (unduly confused, frightened)  but you can’t nap seriously.

I have, in the past, said that if you understood things in this way or that way, but this latest description of the conscious part of the brain, literally does it forever. It takes the juice and vinegar out of everything. Exceptions being your foot caught in a bear trap. (ex. physical pain)

There is a reason that man has been fascinated by the stoic attitude. It is quite obvious in history, from the early greek dramas, and later,  the Clint Eastwood movies. (Stoicism: Endurance of pain and hardship without display of feeling and without complaint. Oxford dictionary)

Why have humans been fascinated with Stoicism, at least in appearance? True stoicism, I say, is what will happen to you, if you can see what I am trying to describe, as the natural state of the conscious part of the brain. There is no sense of you (which is you) outside the conscious part of the brain.

Unless, if you like, the physical awareness of your body, which we can no longer adequately describe because the conscious part of the brain describes it. The closest we can get to seeing the extent of awareness of the body is to observe a dog or cat.

05:00  The awareness of the body dogs and cats have, would be all the awareness a human would have without the conscious part of the brain. What humans refer to as personality, spirit, the human self, etc. - well, that is the conscious part of the brain (CPOB).

If you can see and realize that the conscious part of the brain is an automatic/mechanical reactionary device - it changes everything.  The verbal description of what I am pointing to,  (CPOB is an automatic reactionary device) is as adequate as you can get for now.

It does not begin to cover the reality of it. And the reality of it could not be more time crucial. You can only catch the reality of the conscious part of the brain being an automatic reactionary device at the moment. You can’t think about it or you are back in the grip of it.

Once described, even if you hear it, the additional enlightenment hangs you up. Because the conscious part of the brain is reacting to what I am saying. There is no such thing as a good reaction.  I know there seems to be and there is until you see it fully.

It is like you wake up to it in an instant. Except it took forty years to build up to the instant. So the point is between here and there, there are thoughts, mental pictures, your own ideas push you forward/closer. Enjoy them now.

10:00  Once you see what I am pointing to, whatever the conscious part of the brain says, you recall at that moment, what you have realized, it stops everything, Or if you catch yourself taking a nap, (unduly confused, frightened, etc.) you realize whatever you were thinking was nothing.

Or that anything you were thinking about nothing is nothing. There is literally nothing left to think about because you understand; Anything I think, about what just happened, makes it happen all over. In a sense there is only one instant/moment of being awake.

And its whatever instant/moment this is and you are not thinking. Remembering what you know stops the conscious part of the brain at the moment. It’s a you to you message to yourself. It is the conscious part of the brain thinking ”come on”, “huh” about thoughts about nothing.

True Stoicism is when the conscious part of the brain does not hold onto sadness, discouragement, self-pity, etc. True stoicism (realizing the CPOB is mechanical/reactionary device) does not stop physical pain, it stops non-physical discomfort.

15:00  Momentary Lapses (unduly confused, frightened) are no longer long enough to be enjoyed, sorry, I meant, momentary lapses can no longer harm you. If you can see the true nature of the conscious part of the brain, how it operates, it is simple, direct, and obvious. (mechanical/reactionary)

The conscious part of the brain’s nature is to be unduly confused, and frightened. (being asleep) It goes on naturally. Two million pages (8 1/2 x 11) of writing, between me and Buddha and that is all there is to being asleep. Every non-physical complaint, foolish opinions, incorrect ideas, are traceable to the conscious part of your brain, an (Automatic/Mechanical Reactionary Device).

21:00    The whole impression that all humanity has, that Life has instilled in us, is that the conscious part of the brain can originate a thought - When you see it, is laughable - but you don’t really laugh. And when you see it, it answers everything.

And ordinary consciousness cannot realize it. Its like religious beliefs versus a windstorm. It is a great pleasure to see the conscious part of the brain as automatic and reactionary. Two ingredients is all you need. It only operates in reaction to something else.

25:00  It is all you need to work with. General areas of the brain only do one thing. (ex blood pressure, body temperature) The heart beats like a mechanical pump.  The conscious part of the brain is mechanical/reactionary and its alway traceable to something outside of you and something is always triggering it. It can only be seen with extreme mystical difficulty in a few people.

30:00  Considering the conscious part of the brain as a automatic/mechanical reactionary device is a delightful description. It simplifies, it slices reality instantly, for your mental eyes. What the conscious part of the brain feels is you (personality, etc.) is not you.

It is a piece of reactionary machinery. And when you see it for what it is, it stops the illusion, except for a second or two. You then live the reality of stoicism. Nothing other than physical pain bothers you. One of the small treats you lose. (I have to warn you out there in mp3 land - it says so right there on the label.)
