Off the Record

The worst and best things that could happen to you are about what you’d expect, (unless you’ve moved to a new place).

One observer noted, “The gods on other planets smell and talk funny.”

The headline read, “Looking Good Is Only Half The Story,” and a fellow said, “Yeah, but which half?”

Over in that other district, is a business whose actual business is not all that clear, but whose slogan is definitely unambiguous and which reads, “Yeah, We Done It – So What?”

I also know of this other galaxy, where everything said is “off the record.”
