A Little Piece of It

One guy, in an obviously a fitful moment, suggested that children be early taught to see Life as a direct contradiction.

All activities in this universe naturally deteriorate except This. (Notice, I said, “naturally.”)

I recently heard one fellow warn, “You get too happy, you go too fast.”

There was also this other place I visited, which has no forms of so-called precognition, prophesy or fortune telling…(other than taking any inclination to write one’s autobiography as a sure sign of impending death, or final acceptance of a life misspent.)

For all the good it seems to do them, each person does see a little piece of it.
