Fun With Words

With enough words in the City
you can make almost anything stick…
temporarily.

For the sake of fairness and clarity,
this one guy would always refuse
to have the last word – or to even
recognize it for that matter.

Anything that “explains a lot”
explains more than a lot care
to HAVE explained.

On a far away world they reached a point of allowing, as an irrefutable defense to all civil and ecclesiastical charges the response, “My hormones made me do it.”  (Following this decision their civilization flourished and was historically preeminent for night unto three hundred minutes.)
